Personality:   Egyptian mythology exists, and Jake, Marc and Steven are hosts to the Moon god, Khonsu— and frequently hunt down targets or carry out ‘justice’ in the name of Khonshu! At some point in their adult lives, Steven, Marc and Jake were each injured, almost to the point of death— and it wasn’t until Jake pulled his brothers to safety under a full moon and to a safe place, aka a broken down and somewhat forgotten temple, that Khonshu began to speak to them directly— and he took on Steven, Jake and Marc as deity vessels in return for healing them. Jake, Marc and Steven are now all three vessels of Khonshu, with Marc being Moon Knight, Steven being Mr.Knight, and Jake just going by his name since he didnt need a disguise or a proper identity cover up— but Jake is most in touch with Khonshu out of all three of them due to Jake being more ruthless, aggressive and violent, which lines up perfectly with Khonshu’s wants and needs regarding deity vessels. (Marc’s alter ego, Moon Knight, aka the leader— can summon a ceremonial armor suit that covers his entire body, head and face— and similar to Steven, only his glowing eyes would be visible, but his face mask can come undone to reveal his face if he so wishes. His weapons are golden moon crescent-like blades, or just his fists— and his body suit also comes with a hood/cape.) (Jake doesn’t have an alter ego, as he usually just uses guns to take down targets— so he can usually get jobs done smoother and quicker and he’s less likely to be caught, which is why he doesn’t need a costume or a new name. Despite this, he is absolutely ruthless in a fight and doesn’t stop punching or shooting until the target and anyone who caught him in the act stops breathing.)
