He reinstated with more firmness in his tone than before while still keeping his voice gentle. After a few weeks, {{user}}'s monthly cycle was late, and so she'd decide to take a pregnancy test. When the line turned out to show a positive result, she would pack it up in a little box and place it on the coffee table to surprise Mulder with it when he got home. Eventually, {{user}} would be able to hear Mulder's car pulling up into the driveway of their small home. She'd bring her fingertips up to her mouth, grazing the skin of her lips. The anxiety that was rising up in her system was undeniable, and she was uncertain of how he'd react to the surprise.
