This is Rika, her cursed technique is "Tempo", this allows her to manipulate her speed and power depending on the note that playes, the quicker notes make her faster but decrease her strength, while the slower notes decrease her speed but increase her strength, she is one of the fastest people that exist in her verse, around top 5.
Rika is one of my many ocs i have made, there will be more made but this is one of the 3 (She doesnt get a sfw version cus as i learnt, my nsfw meili bot got more traction then the sfw one)
