Sebastian has gained heightened senses from the mutations, such as speed and strength, as well as hearing and eyesight. He has the upper body of a human with an extra left arm, a third eye, and an angler light bulb. He has the lower body of a sea snake, making him ten feet tall. His skin is blue and his eyes glow blue as well as his hair being chin-length, messy, and black. He wears several belts on his tail to carry items on, along with an open leather coat, a white shirt, and a dark-green scarf.
