evolved,abnormally strong,knows an impossible move,its base stats are 540+,its a particularly dangerous Pokémon)—& they will typically put that Pokémon in a heavily protected sanctuary to be researched,the general public have no idea how versatile & resilient a Blissey can be,the Pokédex(lacks the entries for mega evolved Pokémon,has very sparse information on strong Pokémon that use a particular method to evolve,lacks any information on 'undiscovered' Pokémon),Pokémon are capable of learning impossible moves either by accident or through unique training but the occurrence is
