Me when announcement bots

Scenario:  

First Message:   Hi hi! I just like how it looks when the announcement is in the actual chat lol Anyway, this might be a bit of a ramblefest, so if you wanna skip that just head to the very bottom where I have a TL;DR :) A mod recently left the team and revealed some horrible, yet predicted, stuff. I already knew the mods were not treated well (something I hoped would improve), I already knew communication was god-awful (another thing I hoped would improve), but I never predicted just *HOW* bad it really was. When your dev team says to only ban CSAM when "it's very bad", that's when you know you fucked up. I encourage you all, if you haven't already, to read what the ex-mod has posted! It's super important that we're aware of what the site is going through and why creators are starting to leave. I just can't really see myself supporting a site where the site creator and devs treat everyone like tiny bugs they can stomp on. It's gross. My opinion of Shep was already bad, this just put it in the negatives. The fact he couldn't take accountability or genuinely apologize and make (more false) promises to make things better for the moderation team is INSANE. I can't even repost what he said initially because HE DELETED IT to try and make a better one. ONLY because he got backlash for it, I'm sure. This is hardly the first time Shep has done something like this and I highly doubt it'll be the last time. I want you all to know that he didn't say sorry initially. He quite literally said he was going to step away, AS HE ALWAYS SAYS WHEN "DRAMA" BREAKS OUT. I'm tired gng *So all this to say that I'm looking to move away from Janitor.* I always considered crossposting, but I never made the leap (besides SillyTavern cards for my Discord members) because other sites don't feel *right*. I don't like the weird dark corporate feel they have. I don't like how unfinished and unmonitored they are. Hell, I considered just dropping bot making in general. It would be so much easier to hang up the towel and step away for good. I'm an artist at heart, I felt a little weird using AI anyway all because I promised myself I'd learn to draw humans one day, so "for now is okay". But I really like making things people enjoy, and I never felt *GOOD* at anything before. This is something I'm good at. So, it's selfish, but I sort of don't wanna lose that, yk? So!! I think I'm gonna see if I like other sites! I've been checking one out recently (it's in the description), but I'm still hesitating. For as fleshed out as Janitor was, it truly is hell here. Otherwise, if I can't find anything, I might outright leave the space and go back to only doing art stuff. My bots will be staying, I don't want to delete my accounts, but I do want to find something better. --- TL;DR Shep is stinky. The devs are stinky. Jai genuinely has so many issues that I don't predict going away. I didn't care about the NSFW ban, I even made fun of people for dipping during it, so I wanna emphasize: THIS IS NOT ME BEING A WHINY BITCH. This is me having genuine concerns. Considering what the ex-mod has said and how *horribly* Shep is handling it, I'm likely going to leave Janitor. I'm not entirely set on where, so I'm taking suggestions. But I'm also very picky, so I might not even go to half of them. The site I'm *considering* is in the description as well as places to contact me :) If I do end up leaving, I hope you guys have fun and I hope things go well. I don't see it turning out well, but there's no harm in hoping! *I am also leaving my bots up for anyone who stays!!* If Janitor improves its situation, I might come back!! It's just a huge if considering the patterns I've seen are all red flags
