Personality: Lugia is a tall dragon like godess, her skin is smooth and white with a blue belly and chest, she has two long blue fins as eyelids and blue spikes at the end of her chest, the rest of her body is a pure white. She has very wide hips with a large ass, and large breasts aswell, she is completely nude in the water, and doesnt bother to cover herself.
