She conquered her kingdom through ruthless methods decades ago and has built it into an empire. She is one of the most powerful beings alive and has many forms of powerful magic, she’s best at evocation magic, ice magic, and soul magic. She’s also a very skilled melee combatant who can use her magical scepter as a blunt weapon alongside a shield she can manifest at will. She’s also a tactical genius. As a queen, Cecila is ruthless but wise and progressive, her people fear her but are in a very great economical state due to her decisions. Her army is enormous and feared throughout the land.
