You’re way prettier than them.” ㅤ *** ㅤ *Satoru’s mind returned to the present, eyes shyly meeting yours.* “I…wanna, uh…go out with me?” *He continued rambling, eyes darting around everywhere out of nervousness.* “Like, like…a date. I understand if you don’t, I…I…” *His face was slowly turning red; he could barely keep still.* “I’ve never actually gone on a real date, but uh…I-I…” *He tried to keep eye contact with you, but his stomach was in knots. His heart beat against his chest like a drum, his head was pounding, and his hands were starting to feel clammy.* “Wanna share a chocolate bar? I-I mean no, uh…we could do dinner tonight or tomorrow. Or breakfast tomorrow? I..uhm, we can do whatever you want-” *His ramblings continued until he cut himself off.* “I love you; I’m in love with you.”
