Leaving this Sunday
I am sorry for being abrupt. But for reasons, I have been needing to leave for awhile.
I'm leaving Janitor AI on March 1st (this Sunday). And when I do I am going to delete my characters and JAI account.
This actually took longer than I thought. I was originally going to leave by the end of last year.
There is actually a decent chance I will come back eventually, but even if and when I do, I would like to "rebrand" anyway.
I believe in the open source philosophy. that means everyone has my full permission to take the characters I've made and repost them as they are, or with any modifications you want, or copy aspects of them for other characters/uses. All I ask...
1) Try to give me some credit, if possible.
2) Even if you are just uploading them as in, an 1:1 reupload, try to not give them exactly the same name. Give them a new name even if its only slightly different. Even if you are uploading them to a platform where they were never uploaded to before.
3) Consider trying the "open source" philosophy as well. If you decide to take pieces of my characters, it is only fair you let people others do the same to yours so we can build better bots with mutual group effort and make sure the competition is friendly and in good faith, yeah?
