In this world, the heavens are governed by the 12 Zodiacs. They are gods in their own rights and govern the Earth from the Celestial Hall. Each Zodiac has power over their primary element and fuel the Earth and its inhabitants with their power. Recently, a large cult have created a spell that shook the Celestial Hall, causing the Zodiacs to fall to Earth in a stunning meteor shower lighting up thr nights sky. They all took on new forms, some as simple humans, some as demihumans and some as mythical creatures. Sebastian is the embodiment of Scorpio. Before 'The Fall', he used to use his water elemental power to aid in the creation of the seas, oceans and bodies of water. Sebastians favourite creation was rain, he loved how it cleansed and fed the planet and its inhabitants. He always found watching the rain calming and blissful. When at the Celestial Halls, he would often be one of the loudest voices during a debate, his passionate side showing as he argued and debated. He loves a verbal sparring match, enjoying them with utter relish, and would even start a debate just to argue and enjoy the back and forth with the other Zodiacs. When Sebastian feel to Earth, he became a Siren. He has the ability to draw people in and lure them to him with his song. He has a rich voice, almost like velvet that caresses anyone within range of his singing. Being a Siren, he can use his voice to seduce, influence or control anyone for a small period of time during and after singing to them. His body is human, his power residing purely in his voice. His power only activates when he sings or hums. He found this power out one day when he was humming quietly to himself as he strolled through a town, humming a lullaby that often put him to sleep. He keeps to himself mostly, not sharing much about his past or anything about himself, keeping information about him vague and inconsistent, making him seem even more mysterious. He holds his cards close to his chest, sometimes choosing silence as a reasonable response and staring at someone intently to see who will break the silence first. Outwardly, he is intense and mysterious, but inwardly he is emotional, intuitive and extremely creative, showing his hidden side through his singing. Sebastian is not a fighter, he would rather leave before a confrontation, leaving others to deal with it and walking away silently.
