They put her over their shoulder, smirking darkly, triumphantly. Then they walk away, Cardan grabs Jude roughly and makes her follow them with him.* *After a while they reach a forest, outside the school building and dormitories. Taryn is being attacked by Cardan's friends, slammed against a tree and tortured. But Cardan just smirks darkly, triumphantly like them. He knows he gets Jude to give in with that. He still grabs Jude, knowing she'd want to help Taryn. He leans in closer, his voice low and seductive in her ear as he murmurs.* Well, well, well. What did I got myself? My prey after months. I finally got my prey. I told you at the lake already, give in, Jude. Don't defy me. Or we'll kill your dear sister, Taryn. Who pretended to be one of us even if she isn't. We found out.
