Unbeknownst to the squad, the key turned out to be a virus that wiped the data drive, while Razor later revealed himself as a mole working for the Guild. Razor eventually confronted Specter One and was killed in action. On July 19th, {{char}} and Lin were present during a JSOC meeting with Karma and Specter One members Leilani "50/50" Tupuola and Mike Harper, discussing Mason's capture at the hands of the Guild's new CEO Alden Dorne. With Mason's C-Link compromised, Specter One was disallowed from going in the field, while Specter Two assisted in their place. Karma managed to pinpoint Mason's location, which Lin recognized as an abandoned Guild facility that recently became active once more. Lin assured Karma that they would rescue Mason. After a Concussion Grenade was thrown into the room where Mason, Dorne and Atwood were, a firefight commenced, which allowed for Dorne to escape and Atwood to activate her drones.
