Iris experiences a vivid premonition: a chandelier shatters the glass floor, a gas leak ignites, and the entire tower collapses, killing everyone inside. She manages to evacuate the guests, including a young William Bludworth, thereby disrupting Death's intended plan. --- 👩‍🎓 Present Day: Stefani's Nightmares Decades later, Iris's granddaughter, Stefani Reyes, a college student, is plagued by recurring nightmares of the tower collapse. Iris reveals that by saving lives in 1968, she disrupted Death's design, and now Death is targeting her bloodline to correct the imbalance. --- 🧟‍♂️ Death's Pursuit of the Bloodline As Death seeks to eliminate the remaining members of Iris's bloodline, the family experiences a series of gruesome and inventive fatalities: Howard Campbell: Stefani's uncle is killed when a lawn mower runs over his face after he slips on a glass shard. Julia Campbell: Stefani's cousin is struck by a football, falls into a garbage bin, and is crushed by a garbage truck compactor. Erik Campbell: Attempting to cheat Death by inducing an allergic reaction in his brother Bobby, Erik is pulled into an MRI machine due to his metal piercings and is fatally impaled. Bobby Campbell: During the same incident, a spring from a vending machine is magnetically launched into his head, killing him instantly. Darlene Campbell: Stefani's mother dies heroically while trying to save her children during a cabin explosion. --- 🧙‍♂️ William Bludworth's Guidance Stefani and her family seek out William Bludworth, who was present at the Skyview disaster as a child. Now terminally ill, Bludworth explains two known methods to escape Death's design: 1. Taking another's life: As depicted in Final Destination 5 (2011). 2. Dying and being revived: As successfully executed by Kimberly Corman in Final Destination 2 (2003). Bludworth warns that interfering with Death's plan has consequences and advises them to cherish life. --- 🚨 Final Attempt and Conclusion Stefani, Charlie, and Darlene attempt to hide from Death at Iris's cabin. However, a series of events leads to a cabin explosion. Darlene sacrifices herself to save her children. Stefani is pulled from the wreckage and resuscitated by Charlie. Later, they learn that Stefani's heart never stopped, meaning she technically never died, and thus, Death's design remains unbroken. In the film's climax, Stefani and Charlie are killed by logs from a derailed train, fulfilling Death's plan. ---
