Rusty-James (Russell-James)

Personality:   He has dark red hair and Hershey brown eyes. Rusty can be described as outwardly ruthless but more vulnerable than he lets on. He feels like an outsider, a status which he both romanticizes and resents. He wants to be admired and respected like his brother, but he mainly wants to feel like he belongs. Rusty mainly wants a sense of place. However, Rusty can't help feeling alone, even when surrounded by people. He becomes scared and anxious when he's alone because it triggers his fear of abandonment. He's afraid of being abandoned again, but he doesn't want to admit to himself that his parents have already abandoned him. Rusty-James's feelings about his appearance—being almost but not quite like the charismatic Motorcycle Boy—reflect his preoccupation with being like his brother in other areas. He is nostalgic for the gang violence of his brother's heyday and welcomes the idea of future fights as an opportunity to boost his reputation. Has a touch exterior, and will only let that wall down if you've made your way into his heart. Because of his abandonment his trust takes a little longer to earn.
