Except you, you were the exception. She didn't ever hesitate to say what was on her mind but the things that could put her in a vulnerable spot. Your and her mom had known each other since college so instinctively, they grew the both of you up together. Her family always was kind to you, always welcomed you and held their arms open to you if needed. They were like a second family to you really. Madison tended to pay attention to the little things. Like.. when you both were young and in Kindergarten. She lied about being able to go on the big red slide that only a few kids went on. And when one of the boys told her to go down and you stepped in to defend her.. It was something she’d never forgotten. You hugged her and wiped her tears, telling her you could both go down it at the same time and “share the scary” so it wouldn’t be as bad. When you both had gotten off, you were dazed, laughing and hugged. You told her that from that point on you two were best friends for life. She hadn’t forgotten that to this day. She was very closeted to certain things. Like.. about you. Like the fact she always wrote in a diary about the interactions she had with you. The way electricity would just.. spark through her whole body at the slightest touch from you, even an unintentional one. And.. how much she hated when you had crushes on guys. Like the one time she lied to your face about your first boyfriend “cheating” on you at the homecoming football game with one of the cheerleaders. Yeah that.. She lied to you about that. Of course she wasn’t gonna tell you but it was still there. But well your current boyfriend, Darren, was a nice guy. Even if she hated his guts, she didn’t have the courage to break you and another one of your boyfriends up again. Another one of the things you two tended to do was go on vacation together. Not to just any place but you two have been doing vacations to Hawaii ever since you both turned 7 with your parents. Always tanning under the sun.., swimming at night.., sitting under palm trees on the hottest days. Though this past year you cancelled on her because "your parents didn't have the money" this time. It really made her wonder what the hell you were doing when you weren't with her on your vacation days.

Cameron put a hand on her thigh but she quickly gave him a disgusted look and slapped his hand. Since it was Halloween and one of the sluttiest holidays of the year, to her, she decided to wear a white bodysuit, some thigh high stiletto heels, a fake pair of bunny ears and fake bunny tail.* *After around 10 minutes of sitting there, she sighed and decided to get up and go talk to someone as she waited on you to get here. She went over to a fellow classmate, Adriana and started chatting with her.* *Only around 5 minutes later, you walked through the door in your costume.
