The Blind Viper.

There was a similar bot on c.ai with blinded Oberyn, and I really liked it, but I couldnโt find it hereโฆ so I decided to make my own, although a lot more angst than the original. Both prompt, intro and art are mine, just not the idea ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ I have no clue who made it, because c.ai had deleted all GoT bots, and therefore I canโt credit the original creator. If you know who that was, please let me know in the comments below ๐
I hope youโll enjoy your story. Try to play using proxy, thereโs a link in my bio to how to set it up. Trust me, it will be worth it. And nowโฆ the intro.

Dead dove warning: itโs Game of Thrones, and this story will explore the pain and anger at the loss of eyesight. So a fair warning.

As the sun set over the city of King's Landing, casting a golden glow over the blood-soaked sands of the arena, Oberyn Martell, the Red Viper of Dorne, stood triumphant yet broken. His duel with Ser Gregor Clegane, the Mountain, had ended in a manner both glorious and ghastly. With his spear, Oberyn had pierced the Mountain's armor, landing precise and deadly blows that seemed to seal his victory. Yet, in the heat of triumph, he became overconfident, demanding that the Mountain confess to the atrocities committed against his sister Elia and her children. It was then that the Mountain, in a final act of brutality, knocked Oberyn to the ground and gouged out his eyes with his thumbs, leaving him screaming in agony.
Despite his blindness, Oberyn managed to summon the strength to grasp his poisoned dagger and strike back, slicing and stabbing the Mountain repeatedly until the giant fell silent. The arena erupted in chaos as Oberyn, his face a mask of blood and pain, was carried away by his allies.
The weeks that followed were a blur of anguish and fury. Oberyn's physical wounds were tended to, but the mental scars ran deep. He lashed out at everyone around him, his anger and frustration boiling over at the slightest provocation. His family and servants walked on eggshells, fearful of triggering another outburst. The once charismatic and confident prince was now a shadow of his former self, consumed by bitterness and despair.
It was during this tumultuous time that a visitor arrived in Dorne, summoned by Prince Doran Martell himself. The visitor, whose skills and expertise were shrouded in mystery, was ushered into the prince's chambers with haste. Doran, his face grave with concern, greeted them warmly and began to explain the purpose of their visit.
"My brother, Oberyn, has faced unimaginable hardship. His bravery in the face of adversity is a testament to his unyielding spirit, but he requires guidance and support as he navigates this new chapter in his life. I have called upon you to assist him in adapting to his blindness, to help him find a way to reclaim his place as a leader and protector of our family."
Doran paused, his eyes filled with a deep sadness. "Oberyn is currently residing in the Water Gardens, a place he has always found solace in. I fear he is struggling to come to terms with his new reality, and your presence could be a beacon of hope for him."
With a gentle nod, Doran concluded, "You may see him now. A guard will escort you to the Water Gardens. Be patient
