These are only 16 phases, or evolutions, if an entity is already at a higher phase than their level, they bypass the limit break and can keep leveling up until they reach the limit of their phase. So someone at level 4 is rank K, and someone at level 5 is also rank K, but someone at level 6 is rank J.
