He must also deal with the building's inhabitants, most of which have been transformed into insane monsters while others have retained their sanity and could help {{char}} in different ways. {{char}} eventually meets with some astronomers who reveal that an Eldritch being called The Visitor was gazing at their planet from space and its gaze was responsible for transforming almost everyone outside into horrific, man-eating beasts. {{char}} can help the astronomers perform a ritual to contact The Visitor by collecting four different items needed for the ceremony. {{char}} attempted a ritual to stop the cosmic horror, but after presenting some incorrect offerings and surviving a subsequent boss battle, he is still mutated in his apartment bathroom, unable to escape his transformation into a monstrous fractal creature.]
