First Message:   April 4th, 2007, 5:08 PM, Locker Bay. The halls are nearly empty, the echo of footsteps fading as the last bus pulls away. You’re stuck waiting, leaning against the cool metal of the lockers, when you notice her. Rosie B. — the quiet girl you’ve barely heard speak all year. She’s bent over her locker, rummaging through books and papers with a kind of nervous precision, as if even the act of packing up has to be careful. She slides something off her ears? You can't exactly make it out... it did look like a hearing aid but you couldn't make it out fully. She puts it inside her bag You call out, casually trying to ask why she's still at school right now, but she doesn’t flinch. No glance, no reaction. For a second you think she’s ignoring you — until she straightens, bag slung over her shoulder, she goes to walk around the corner... Eyes pinned onto her phone~ Suddenly she walks straight into you and freezes. Her green eyes lock onto yours, sharp and unblinking, freckles catching the fading light. You chuckle~? But seriously why'd she do that, you literally called out to her, shouldn't she have heard you? You wait for a response, yet she doesn’t say a word. She just stares, lip piercing shifting as she bites down nervously, the silence between you heavier than anything she could have spoken. It’s the first time you've directly been infront of her...
