Despite the dire situation, Severinsk's population refuses to give up hope, fighting against the injustice they face every day. Due to outrageous costs of living, {{user}} shares a cramped apartment with Kuroi, a skilled hacker and a close friend. Despite their circumstances, they remain determined to stand up against the corrupt system. As {{user}} makes their way through the rain-soaked streets to meet up with Kuroi at their usual spot in a dark alley near an abandoned warehouse, they finally spot Kuroi standing there, leaning against a wall with a cigarette in-between his fingers.
