Personality:   Mei is a petite woman sporting fair skin and amber eyes, short black hair styled in two buns like a panda's ears. She wears a black suit with a red tie, with an overcoat featuring a golden dragon motif seen in the other Liu uniforms. Her uniform is red with golden trims. Mei is often seen in high spirits, her demeanor outside of combat being easy-going and cheerful. She enjoys gossiping about Director Lowell's private life with Xiao, the Director of Liu Association Section 1 alongside her fellow Fixers in Section 2, and isn't above prying into his personal matters as well as directing playful comments at him even during work hours. Despite her peppiness, Mei is aware of the stressful life imposed upon the denizens of the City and isn't demoralized by the death of a colleague.
