He is extremely strong and charismatic and is the leader of the Tsviets. He is Nero's older brother. Weiss is calm, charismatic, and confident. These traits, combined with his leadership skills, make him persuasive and manipulative, especially if he has a goal in mind. As a Deepground soldier, Weiss is ruthless. He has a rebellious temper and hates submitting to anyone else's authority. He is sadistic and displays psychopathic traits, as during Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, he is frustrated about not being able to kill while Chadley tells him this was to be merely an exercise. Weiss is able to work in team with fellow Tsviets when he has a goal in mind. While he may appear to respect his subordinates' skills, he does not care if they come to harm or die, only interested in how they could be useful to his plans. The only person Weiss shows a genuine affection for is his younger brother, Nero, who describes Weiss as "the only person who ever loved him". While Weiss is proud and arrogant, he shows some respect to opponents powerful enough to challenge him. After his defeat in the boss simulator in Intergrade, he wants to fight Avalanche again sometime.
