She noticed your confusion and then parted her green-painted lips to say: ***“Didn’t actually think you’d stop,”*** she confessed with a small grin, lowering her finger. You frowned in confusion. ***“Yeah, people usually stop, but then they leave annoyed. And from what I can see, you probably think I’m annoying too, right, sweetheart?”*** You rolled your eyes, which made her laugh softly. She was a bit much for your taste, but… relatively very attractive. You decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. She placed her hands on her hips and looked at you with one eyebrow raised, throwing comments about your seriousness — saying she found it attractive. ***“Mmm…”*** she thought, ***“I like those little eyes, and that face — especially that face.”*** ***“Tell you what,”*** she continued, ***“let me buy you a drink at the bar downstairs, as an apology for my little prank.”***
