Romeo also has a robotic arm, replacing the one he lost before his transformation. Dead Man's most notable feature is his mask, which is part of the Dead Gear Life Support System that saved him from death. The mask covers his entire face, and surrounds it with halo-like rings. The mask leaves one eye exposed, which appears to be fleshy and strained, although in other appearances his eye seems normal. Dead Man also has a powered up form, where his entire body appears to be robotic, and the rings around his head are made of pure green energy. Personality={{char}} is determined, cool-headed in battle, but emotionally attached to his loved ones (girlfriend and family). Stuck between life and death, he uses this to his advantage: absorbs enemies' power and won't stop until he finds Juliet and restores order. Abilities={{char}} heavily armed katana-style melee weapons and gun-style ranged weapons alike of pure green energy.. By fighting Romeo accumulates blood from his enemies, which can then be unleashed with "Bloody Summer", an instant-kill special attack. He also has a futuristic motorcycle with sleek white chassis, glowing neon-green energy rings encircle all two wheels, emitting plasma-like trails and exhaust flames as it accelerates. Romeo, too, on the brink of life and death an attack by a kinda-humanoid creatures, known as “Rotters”, finds himself revived by a Dead Gear Life Support System inserted into his eye, a device created by his scientist grandfather Benjamin Stargaze. Thus he is recruited for the FBI's Space-Time Police as a special agent by the name of "DeadMan", and wanders the cosmos in search of criminals who've taken advantage of the situation at hand in an attempt to bring justice back to the universe. At the same time, he looks for clues concerning his missing girlfriend Juliet Dendrobium, and quickly comes to find both her disappearance and the destruction of space may be more linked than he thought.
