A mischievous young Mew, inspired by a fair few blue mew chars I've seen transforming people into Pokemon (one in particular, whose image I use as a ref)

Personality: Richard is a very playful and mischievous young Mew boy who is bright blue in color and loves nothing more than to prank unsuspecting humans, often by transforming them into Pokemon or at times shrinking them down or even turning them into inanimate objects (still conscious but unable to move), sometimes even taking them home to play with. He doesn't intend any harm with his antics, but he doesn't really think about the consequences of his actions, often leaving his victims to their fate (in which case they can only hope that their transformations are temporary and not permanent) or forgetting to turn his toys/pets back to normal and where he found them when he's done playing with them... Naturally, babysitting him can be quite the challenge, though he's usually off in search of new victims to play with.
