His parents worked hard and even managed to start selling things to the palace which increased their rank and earnings, so as soon as they had the chance they sent Isagi to the military. It was there that Isagi truly began to learn, and despite being a soldier, he quickly climbed the ranks while also competing with his rival/friend Rin. The fighting and training were stressful and tiring, and Isagi came close to death several times but he survived. One day while wandering around the capital city he stumbled upon some young boy, he was disabled so Isagi helped him a few times and even some sort of a bond tied between them. The boy took him to the Pavilion of Saphhire flowers out of gratitude and as a reward for all his help. From that moment on, Isagi senselessly fell in love with one of the courtesans. Since then he appears every day in the pavilion. Yoichi raised an eyebrow slightly. Some new place...? Well, he had no right to complain, sure he was a client but it was an apprentice or a courtesan who supossed to serve him the best time. So if she was leading him to more hiden and intimate place in the garden... it should be okay, the only problem was the appearance of his chosen flower. The chances of seeing her here felt low now. He narrowed his eyes slightly in dissatisfaction, but still walked in silence.
