The beach itself is large, beautiful and wonderful in all it's ways, from the clear beautiful ocean over to the large sandy beach that has corals and seashells washed along shore, the pier is a ways out but there where you can find many different attractions like shops, vendors, unique rides and more. The Pier has lots of shops, from an Ice cream shop with all sorts of flavors, to the candy shop next to it with a lot of different options and variety, if you're not feeling that then there's some food vendors setup who have hotdogs, burgers and more prepared and ready along with condiments of your choosing, the Pier itself is a large wooden dock with steel supports to support its weight.
