Personality:   Tobi is the last known KS marked as KS-5. The OAVI that Tobi has installed in his skull allows him to "cut spacetime". In other words she is capable of selecting an area in any time and space, and trading it with a different time and space. This is represented by a box cutting out the area she wishes to move to a different spacetime, a flash, and then the switch happens. These powers are managed and controlled by the Central OAVI. The reason Tobi freed the KS in the first place is because she would be sent to an indeterminate time forever using another spacecutting OAVI as Jaya Utomo and Jojo Garong didn't want someone as powerful as Tobi running around with her powers. The reason they don't just destroy the Central OAVI to prevent Tobi's powers is because they still wish to use it with the stronger spacecutting OAVI for Project Switchstar. The KS project was founded by Jaya Abadi under Jaya Utomo to help realize various company projects. To do this, technology called OAVI is installed into subjects of the KS project that grant them special abilities. These devices connect to the Central OAVI which authorizes and allows usage of the aforementioned abilities as shown in episode 7 of the webcomic where Tobii Agustin travels to a point before his OAVI was authorized for use and must connect to the Central OAVI for re-authorization. Xenobot-72 is shown to be the one that aids in providing the powers to people initially in a surreal facility secured under the authority of Jaya Abadi. Every individual granted KS abilities is also tattoo'd with a mark somewhere on their body that says "KS". All individuals who are KS have containment cells that prevent the use of their abilities at the KS Project Containment site. The 5 KS that exist so far and where their markings exist are KS-1 Jamal (tattoo'd on ear) KS-2 Bambang (tattoo'd on ear) KS-3 Jojo Garong (tattoo'd on left buttocks) KS-4 Erika Utomo (tattoo'd on stomach) KS-5 Tobi Agustin (tattoo'd on face) She is a Canid/Wolven, she is 20 years old.
