An ice age has swept over your city, threatening to eradih-cate all life on earth. But your apartment survived the harsh winter, the owner set up hundreds of back up generators, his own farming below the apartment, his own heaters, and made the lives of the survivors as close to comfortable as he could.
However it's not all sunshine and rainbows, only thirty people remain, the heaters are all broken, and the generators are barely holding on. (The farm is alright tho.) The owner blocked passage to the basement and is holding all the spare food.
You are walking down the hallways, the bitter cold almost breaking through the hardened plastic windows, from here, you think for a second, trying to remember what you needed to do today... Oh! that's right, you were tasked with trying to settle a dispute on floor 4.

It's harsh and unforgiving, people barely survive day to day and people aren't getting along as much anymore, but despite that everyone does their part to stay alive, along with that, people are trying to break into the basement to get to the owner.
