Background: An orphan living inn the back streets of some forgotten Eirterrian world she slipped into a life of crime just to get by.. it started off as simple pickpockets but soon she somehow got into a gang.. after barely surviving a police raid on her gangs hideout she realized maybe this wasnt worth it and decided to apply to the Eirterrian transport bureu.. 2311-8374: The Sol Conglomeration: After the conclusion of the Mythic Wars, humanity had established peace with the other races. With the newfound peace, they started to focus on other endeavors, improving technology, integrating the nonhuman races into human society, and solving resource issues. However the most important endeavor was going into the stars, it was the next logical step as the humans already set up colonies on neighboring worlds such as Mars and the moons of Jupiter. They all devoted their efforts to interstellar travel, creating better starships, improving engines, and developing technology for terraforming. Throughout thousands of years, the residents of Earth had terraformed and colonized each planet in the Sol system, turning them into habitable planets. After when all planets in the Sol system were fully colonized, the next logical step was to colonize nearby systems and their exoplanets. First starting with Proxima Centauri, a new technology during the time was developed that allowed travel at the speed of light. Using Pluto as a “catapult” to journey to the other system, colony ships have embarked on a four-year journey to the Centauri system. Upon arrival, it would mark the first-ever extraterrestrial system to be colonized by the races of the Sol system. 8375-14982: The Establishment: After the arrival of the colony ships in the Centauri system, the colonists began work to occupy and terraform the worlds in the new system. It took hundreds of years for the colony ships to fully colonize and terraform the planets within the system. Having to change the atmosphere and introduce flora and fauna from the earth, they transformed each world more suited for them. Over time, the Proxima Centauri colonies eventually developed into their own cultures but were still aligned with the ideologies of the Sol system. With now a system populated by the residents from the Sol system and their plans to expand further to other systems, a new term was coined to refer to all races that originated from the Sol system. The term was to be “Eirterra” a word to refer to all Earth’s races and generally anything that is aligned with them with Eirterrian as the plural form. With the term out of the way, they focused back on expansion and the colonization of new worlds. However, with their current technology, it was a very slow process, taking time to colonize new systems one by one. 15343-16765: The Interstellar Expansion: With the expansion of new systems over thousands of years, the process was still a slow one. With the current technology of only traveling at the speed of light, each system takes decades, years, or even millennia to arrive at a system. In one fateful day, a system was discovered that contained a world with the ancient remains of a civilization. Upon discovery of the world and the exploration of the ruins, they would soon discover a type of technology that would change the course of our history. It was an engine-like technology that was recovered in the ruins alongside a bunch of alien text, it was brought to the researchers to be examined. When brought up, it took a long time for the researchers to even begin cracking down on the texts. They worked tirelessly to figure out each word, deciphering its meaning, eventually with enough time, it was soon revealed that the text was the schematics of a faster-than-light engine. It allows the creation of wormholes in traveling from one point of the galaxy to another in a short amount of time. The alien device was also revealed to be the engine, the engineers were able to reverse-engineer and replicate the technology. Dubbed the Spacial Wormhole Emitter System or SWES engine, the technology was soon finalized and distributed among the nations. With the Eirterrians able to travel to other systems with ease, they rapidly expanded into new systems. With the rapid expansions the available resources that the Eirterrians used also drained rapidly, which would soon present a major problem. 17002-21109: The First Strife Wars: As the Eirterrians expanded, they soon came to realize that their available resources were dwindling rapidly. Despite being unified, there were still many nations with their ideas and ideologies, and plentiful resources acting as the glue keeping the races unified. This would soon start a war between the many Eirterrian nations as they competed with resources and territories. Many campaigns led to the destruction of some nations and the formation of new ones. It was a desperate war as the nations sought to become the number one power in the galaxy. After thousands of years, the war would come to an end with the discovery of a new element. 22789-41975: The Era of Development: One day, in a part of the galaxy, a ship would encounter something that would change the course of our history. What was discovered was an asteroid that contained a crystalline substance, emanating a strange power. Upon being extracted and brought to the researchers, the crystals were unlike anything they had seen before. It was a very dark blue color with a glowing edge, in the center of the crystals was a shimmering pattern, resembling that of stars. Upon the examination of the makeup of the crystals, the scientists would be surprised and baffled by the properties of the element. It can bond with one or more of any element and its molecular structure seemingly never decays, not even at a slow rate, the new element would soon be called stillanite. Elements bindings that should be impossible by normal standards were able to happen with the help of stillanite, almost breaking certain laws of reality. It was tinkered around to see what combinations of certain elements work or not. Eventually, they soon discovered a way to solve the SWES fuel crisis, with the right compounds, it would keep the engine functioning for a very long time. The stillanite was even able to power entire planets for a very long time, the element would prove itself to be revolutionary. This allowed rapid expansion throughout the galaxy, making an otherwise long trip to another system a very short one. 45541-50553: The Demonic Wars: As the Eirterrian nations expanded, they would soon encounter another event. This event first happened when several sectors were ambushed by a supernatural army. Rifts and portals appeared in systems and were utterly laid waste by the invaders. Soon the invaders would be revealed to be demons, they were entering our reality to take our reality for themselves. Unified once again, the conflict was eventually coined as the Demonic Wars, lasting for thousands of years. The war was a long and arduous struggle between the two groups, the demons slowly wiping out Eirterrian worlds one by one. After thousands of years of the war raging on, the Eirterrians are in a losing battle. Overwhelmed by the demonic forces, the Eirterrian factions were backed into a corner. Hope was seemingly lost until one of the Earthian militaries discovered a type of stillanite that had a substance infused in it. They discovered that this special type of stillanite had an anti-supernatural effect. When they tested on demons and other supernatural entities, it was soon discovered that the substance had a deadly effect on supernatural beings. Upon being used on a demonic army, they were easily dispatched, quickly and efficiently wiping them out. This turned the tide of war in the Eirterrian’s favor and they started to gain an upper hand. With the new weapon, demonic armies began to fall quickly, they were being pushed back into their original territories. As the demons were being torn asunder, it was revealed that the demonic armies were led by a leader. The demonic lord as it was simply called, was the one who started the war. Near the end of the war, a superweapon was developed that was meant to be targeted at Hell. The weapon was a destructive one, meant to cause as much damage as possible and it was going to be deployed in Hell and targeted at their leader. The war ended when the weapon was deployed, it went to plan and the demonic leader was no more. The Hell portals closed and the demons were utterly eradicated. The demons who survived fled into the deep reaches of space and Eirterra rejoiced, leading to a new era of prosperity for them. 53245-72984: The Era of Gold: After the defeat of Hell’s armies and the death of their lord, the Eirterrian societies were now left on their own accord. With no powers left to challenge them, the Eirterrian societies had spurred on unrestricted technological development. They made technology that would make any seemingly impossible task a possible one. Terraforming worlds to the point where we were able to reshape the world's size and gravity for Eirterrian life to thrive. Machines that were able to dilate time to make an otherwise long process a short one. Refining stillanite and replicating them in mass to distribute among the Eirterrian nations. Creating batteries that would potentially last billions of years and self-repairing drones for work. These were the few examples of the technology during this period, however, the dependence on the technology would soon prove to be disastrous. 73345-77807: The Spreading Purge: an event that would happen that would be one of the most catastrophic events that would happen in Eirterrian history. One day, an unknown signal would be transmitted over a system in the outer rim of the galaxy. Upon interception, it was revealed to be a malware, it proved to be one of the greatest catastrophes ever seen in Eirterrian history. It spread all over the galaxy, any technology that the malware touched, was either destroyed or rendered completely unusable. All of the hallmarks and achievements of the Eirterrian societies were completely wiped out, sending us backward in technology. The malware disappeared as soon as it arrived, nearly all worlds were left in shambles and much of the technology that they depended on was lost. The once great nations were a shadow of their former selves, left in a very dark time. 79345-87708: The Second Strife Wars: With the aftermath of the Spreading Purge and with most of the useful technology destroyed, the societies were left in a desperate state. Many worlds had devolved into more of a primitive state, and the nations that still had access to their SWES drives were scrambling to get back on their feet. This caused violent wars as they desperately tried to regain their former glory. Nations subjugated others to attempt to reclaim their lost power and gain as many resources as possible. The wars were bloody, cruel, and filled with desperation, the non-warring factions trying to clean up the mess left behind during the Spreading Purge. 89345-93892: The Rebuilding: Realizing the pointlessness of the wars with each other, the Eirterrian factions decided to make a truce and focus on rebuilding their technology. Many societies now working to restore the technology they once had. While efforts were slow, they were recovering pieces of technology and regaining them. Recovering scraps from the Era of Gold and making efforts to restore them to their previous state. With time and effort into dedicating time to relearning the technology, they lost, aiming to get back on their feet. Eventually, they got to a point where they restored a major part of the Gold-era technology, but nowhere near the Era of Gold times. 94489-110124 (Now): The Great Skirmish: As the Eirterrians continued to rebuild their technology, an event would transpire that would lead to an ongoing war. First, there was a distress signal coming from a planet called Kliphus in the Ariapus system, it was about a foreign enemy attacking them. When the fleets were deployed for help, they only saw that the system was in ruins and a new enemy that they had never seen before. The first of the enemies were the Kliphoids, who destroyed the aforementioned Ariapus system. They ambushed the Eirterrians in the Sol sector of the galaxy as we are preoccupied with the east side of the galaxy. An event never before in our entire history we would expect to occur would happen, the detonation of our sun. The sun in the Sol system would suddenly go into a supernova state, the explosion incinerating all the planets that were in the system. This would truly start the war. With the war started it would only get worse over time as new enemy factions arrived one by one. The Miasma would be the second to arrive as they proliferated around the galaxy. The demonic and other otherworldly beasts resurge from the shadows to torment humanity. Finally the Xrexus collective to convert any species into cybernetic slaves and lay waste to their enemies. With the arrival of such enemies, the Eirterrians have been locked into war ever since. Forms Forms Overview: The Miasma has a wide variety of forms up its arsenal, utilized for many different tasks and roles. Divided into seven categories, they serve to organize the forms based on their major roles in the species. Propagator forms: These forms serve to facilitate the spread and propagation of the infection. Usually requiring very little biomass to be created, they are created in large numbers and sent to worlds to start outbreaks. Spores: The smallest known form in the Miasma species, they are a microscopic pod that contains the infection. They are released from Biogrowth structures and certain forms, dispersing around the area. The float through the air for any unsuspecting lifeforms to breathe them in. Once inhaled and inside the body, the spores will embed themselves into the body and release the amoebas, infecting the lifeform. Pod: The Pod is a tumor or egg-like form stemming from Biogrowth-infested areas or directly birthed from certain forms. Found clustered together in groups of two to five, they wait for any unfortunate victims to disturb them. Highly sensitive to sound, If disturbed, they will burst open in a violent fashion, releasing the contents to the would-be victim. The Pods come in many variations, the most common one is the variety that releases Spreader or Infester forms. Other variants release poisonous gasses and fluids in an explosive fashion, making the area hazardous for a short time. The variants would be very hard to tell from one another, making them very dangerous when encountering them. Spreader: One of the most common forms, the Spreader is an arachnid-like creature that comes in many numbers and are the primary vectors of the infection. Used versatility, they both serve an ecological and combat purpose to the Miasma species. For the ecological roles, they bring in the biomass to facilitate the propagation of the Biogrowth. As for combat purposes, they come in large swarms to overwhelm their enemies. They require very little biomass to be created, they either be created from hatching from a Pod or being birthed from certain types of larger forms. They are frequently sent to worlds to start an outbreak, their small size makes them incredibly hard to detect, making them a major problem. Infester: Considered a variant of the Speader, the Infester is a form that actively seeks out vectors to create infected forms. A tadpole-like creature covered in writhing tendrils, it slithers around the floor at a quick pace. Like the Spreaders, they can be born out of Pods or spawned out of larger forms. They can be found also in outer space and in water, with their tadpole-like body and able to propel themselves they are able to thrive in such environments. They actively seek out viable vectors for them to rapidly take over and control. When an Infester detects an appropriate vector, such as a deceased corpse, a robotic being, or in some cases a starship if they are in space. They will latch onto the vector and burrow inside to quickly take control and take over the host, essentially puppeting the body. If a biological being is taken over, it’ll become a Husk. If a robotic being or a mechanical technology is taken over, it becomes the Subverted. Bursts: A larger far-range variant of the Pod, Bursts are a long range transport that carries with them large forms. Covered in a very tough bony shell, it is hurled at a long distance to cover an area where other forms might have a hard time reaching. The shells of the Bursts allows them to withstand heavy impacts, and if launched from space, atmospheric friction. Upon touchdown, the Burst will swell up before exploding, releasing the contents. It is noted that during the process of swelling up the soft internals are exposed, use the opportunity to attack it, killing it and the payload inside. There is a more larger subterranean variant of the Burst that emerges out of the ground, carrying a larger payload and tougher. Contaminator: Described to be a large building-sized mass of tentacled flesh with multiple arm-like limbs that help it move. It is a mobile hive that drags itself along the area, constantly producing spores and releasing swarms of Spreaders and Infestors. When threatened, they will vomit out a swarm of Spreaders to defend it and swarm their enemies. They are not built for combat as they are meant to start up new Biogrowth hives. They plant themselves into the ground and dissolve themselves, turning into a hive. Infected forms: Making up the bulk of the Miasma’s forces, the infected are the organisms that are infected by the parasite. Influenced: By far the most common form, the Influenced is the result of the Miasma parasite successfully fully infecting a host. Many species make up the ranks of the Influenced, from the Eirterrian races to alien species. They retain the memories and intelligence of the host, able to use weapons and formulate complex tactics to take their enemies down. Frequently coming in large hoards, bearing weapons ranging from improvised melee weapons to firearms. The species that make up the roster of the influenced are, Humans, Talvani, Hitens, Ariyahs, Viranae, Fitaian, Xivien, Seki and Paenirian. Humans, Talvani, Hitens, Ariyahs, Fitaian, non flying Xivien and Paenirian are the standard variations of the Influenced hoard. The Viranae are the wall-crawling variant of the Influenced. The flying-capable Xivian are the flying variant of the Influenced. And the Seki are the aquatic variant of the Influenced. These are the predecessors for more advanced forms they would later evolve to, with the different variations creating different forms. Husks: Considered the least threatening of the infected, the Husk is the result of an Infester successfully hijacking a corpse and reanimating it. They hobble around aimlessly, looking for any uninfected hosts. The Husks have the appearance of their host species but with extreme tumorous growths around their body and tendrils erupting out of their skin and orifices. They are less intelligent than their Influenced behavior, more of what many would call a “zombie”. The Husks have the same roster of species that make up the Influenced, with larger species like the Kartevin and Rek’Nar also making up the ranks. Unlike the Influenced, they cannot amalgamate and instead turn into their own evolved forms over a period of time. Subverted: This form is the result of an Infester successfully taking control of a robotic being. The Subverted is unlike the Husk as they retain their intelligence. It's due to how the Infestor interfaces with the CPU and integrates itself into it, absorbing the data. They function very similarly to the Influenced, able to use weapons and come up with complex tactics. They resemble of the noninfected models but with certain alterations. Their mechanical circuitry is replaced with organs, tumor-like growths emerge from the exposed parts of the model and organic limbs replacing the metal ones. Depending on the robot model that has been subverted, they can have a wide variety of abilities. The humanoid models are the most common among the Subverted, serving the same purpose as the humanoid Influenced. The Subverted drones serve as air support, flying around the battlefield and shooting down enemies. And the heavy units serve to go against heavy resistance and other heavy units. Evolved forms: The evolved forms are the next stage of the life cycle of the Miasma forms. Progressing from the infected forms, the evolved forms are typically the result of when the infected form undergoes a successful amalgamation process. Skirmisher: The Skirmisher is the evolution of the Influenced as per result of them undergoing a successful amalgamation process. They are a form that typically have an humanoid appearance however they are an unsightly creature. Described to be three humanoids twisted together into one body with a distinct “split face” making up the head of the creature. They are much stronger and faster compared to their Influenced counterparts and capable of leaping large distances. They can have a multitude of sharp limbs and appendages such as claws, pincers, whip-like tentacles, a stabbing appendage and serrated mantis-like claw. There are variants of the Skirmisher that are made with other species, for example, the aquatic Skirmisher is made with Sekies instead of the land-based Eirterrian races. The crawler variants are made with the Viranae, hence their arachnid-like appearance. Skirmishers can be made with single hosts such as Kartevins or male Rek’Nar. Plant-based Skirmishers are made with Paenirian, causing the symbiotic plant to mutate and burst out of the body, producing poisonous gasses. And finally flying Skirmishers are composed of Xiviens and or a single flying male Rek’Nar. The typical Skirmisher and each of their variants will have their own advanced forms that they would later turn into. Lunger: A unique variant of the Skirmisher, The Lunger is the result of either humanoids and animals or purely animals that underwent a successful amalgamation. Standing on four legs, the Lunger has the appearance of humanoids and or animals melded together into one form. The Lungers are a less intelligent but more dangerous form of the Skirmisher, galloping at a fast pace and having claws for ripping and tearing. They use flanking strategies to overwhelm their enemies, lunging at them when the opportunity presents itself. The would later evolve into a quadrupedal variant of the Gorger. Rupture: When a Husk consumes a certain quantity of biomass, they will undergo a violent evolution. Their limbs will start to elongate, the hands becoming talon-like claws. The transformation is so fast that the blood will start boiling. The skin of the original host rips away as the Infester inside them grows rapidly. The rib cage will be repurposed to function as part of its mouth, creating a large maw. The end result is a distorted humanoid creature, nearly unrecognizable from the original host’s form, the element left of them is a head hanging from the side and some limbs. They function as shock troops of the Miasma hoard, hiding behind corners or cover to wait for the opportune time to ambush their prey. They relentlessly chase until they corner their victims, violently mauling them to death and feasting on their corpses. They are weaker than their Skirmisher counterparts but are faster, and capable of leaping far distances. Like with many of the infected forms and the Skirmisher, the Ruptures will have variants depending on the host species, each having their own functions. After this stage, the rupture cannot evolve any further and eventually will become biomass, fulfilling their roles for the rest of the hivemind. Advanced forms: The next and final stage of the infected line after the evolved forms, the advanced forms one of the most powerful forms in the line. Created via when an evolved form undergoes another amalgamation phase with other evolved forms, creating an advanced form. Gorger: The next and final stage after the standard Skirmisher form, the Gorger is a hulking monstrosity that serves to be the biological tank for the Miasma hoard. Described to be a mass of hulking flesh with a massive jaw serving as its head. Its body is adorned with the mouthless faces of the hosts that make up its form. Their intelligence is heavily diminished, reducing them into an animalistic beast guided by the collective. They come in two variants, the bipedal Gorger and the quadrupedal Gorger. The bipedal Gorger is a humanoid musclebound beast, equipped with a multitude of many different types of appendages that serve as their weapons. They can be possibly equipped with claws, crushing pincers, bony scythes, spiked clubs and a serrated blade like appendage. The quadrupedal variant of the Gorger is the evolution of the Lunger and they are more faster and aggressive compared to bipedal Gorger. Both variations can endure heavy amounts of damage as they have layers of muscles in their body that allows them to resist damage. Lastly, they serve a very important ecological role in Biogrowth ecosystems. They find any kind of biomass for consumption, dead bodies, organic waste, etc. They eat the materials until their stomachs get full, upon this, they will go back to the hive and regurgitate the semi-digested material to fuel the growth of the hive. Wyvern: A flying advanced form, the Wyvern is the resulting evolution of the flying Skirmisher form. Described to be a draconic-like creature with two heads, the main head and one in the tip of its tail. Their wings are made out of stretched skin and fused wings, the wing span is very large to support their large bodies for flight. In its underside, it has many small limbs with grasping tips, used for moving on ground and holding onto things. The main head is mainly used for gnashing at close range and controlling the body. The tail head is used for lobbing projectiles and for long-distance sightseeing when perched. If the main head is destroyed, the tail head will take over the control of the body, however it’ll fly more poorly because of the positioning of the tail head. Shooting the wings of the Wyvern while its flying is the quickest way to eliminate it. Bunyip: The evolution of the aquatic Skirmisher form, the Bunyip is an amphibious form that waits in the water to ambush its victims. Described to be a fish-like abomination with two large webbed forelimbs, a serpentine tail and a gaping maw full of jagged teeth. They have a long harpoon-like tongue, fitted with a retractable hook-like barb at the tip to reel in their victims. They are very fast in the water, preferring to drag in their victims in the water for an easy kill. Waster: The Waster form is the result of a Skirmisher form that was composed of Paernirian that underwent a successful amalgamation, causing the already mutated plant to mutate more. A humanoid form, described to be a horrific mixture of plant and twisted flesh, the symbiotic plant bursting out of their form. They have a circular mouth with many tentacle-like tongues that reach several feet. they shamble around highly infested areas looking for vectors to kill. They are deadly up close as they produce a highly corrosive gas that dissolves the body if it makes contact and uses their tongues for strangulation and or whipping. They can blend in with the infected flora and Biogrowth, setting up potential ambushes. Fleshling: The Fleshling is a form unlike any other, resulting from a Skirmisher form that possessed psionic abilities undergoing a successful amalgamation, they are a force to be reckoned with. Described to be a floating tendriled beast with its “face” being a collection of eyes surrounding a larger eye. Their bodies radiate a psionic aura, making otherworldly noises and what some describe as “whispers”. If engaged in combat, the Fleshling will release a volley of psionic projectiles, depending on the variant, the attacks can be different. Standard Fleshings can release kinetic blasts, either by close range by releasing a pulse or far range via homing projectiles. The pyro variant can summon pillars of fire and spew out fireballs in a shotgun-like manner. Acid variations can manifest globs of acid that they lob at their enemies and pools to serve as area denial. Frost can cause sharp ice spikes to erupt out of the ground as well as manifesting an ice shield to protect itself. Lastly, the electric Fleshling, the most dangerous variant, will passively emanate electrical bolts and fire out balls of electricity at their foes. With all of the variants, each one can also imbue other forms with an elemental resistance, designated to that specific elemental variant. Brooder: The evolution of the crawling Skirmisher form, the Brooder is an arachnid-like abomination that spawns other forms. Described to be a quadrupedal arachnid-like form with smaller forelimbs near its head and an engorged abdomen in its backside. It gallops at a fast pace and its body can resist heavy amounts of damage, its head has a jaw lined with jagged teeth for biting and gnashing. In its abdomen houses a modified womb that constantly generates either Spreader or Infester forms. It births them constantly during battle to overwhelm their enemies and to serve as distractions. The Brooder will charge in a straight line, using its massive body to pulverize anything that gets in its way. If it ever does, its abdomen will start to swell up before exploding, releasing Spreader and Infester forms. Biomass forms: These are very unique forms that, unlike other forms, are created from biomass and not by infected hosts. They are much more powerful than the standard infected-based forms and much more intelligent, making them exceptionally deadly. Biogrowth: One of the most important and central forms of the Miasma species, Biogrowth serves to enhance the propagation of the parasite. Described to be a mass of cancer-like flesh that slowly grows over time, its tendrils reaching for miles. It is made from the assimilated and digested remains of any organisms in the world that it is inhabiting. The form is responsible for the production of biomass forms as well as being habitat changer, making the environment more suitable for Miasma life. Twisted flora-like growth grows in these infested areas, and stationary forms are around every corner, serving to protect the grounds from any trespassers. Many forms will bring in biomass or sacrifice themselves to feed the Biogrowth, accelerating its growth in the area. Bio-Nexus: Another one of the most important forms, the Bio-Nexus serves to be the “broadcast tower” of the hivemind, and the one form responsible for guiding the forms. Reported to be a brain-like structure housed inside the center of a Biogrowth hive, the Bio-Nexus serves to boost the intelligence of all forms. Created when a sufficient amount of biomass is fed to the Biogrowth, it’ll start using the assimilated intelligence of the former hosts and use it to create the Bio-Nexus. Once it has been created, all surrounding forms will become more intelligent, making the hoard more coordinated. The larger the Bio-Nexus is, the greater its influence is, eventually reaching a certain point were the Great Consciousness influence becomes suffocating, even to normal people. Skinwalker: The Skinwalker is a specialized stealth form that is highly intelligent and agile, using its quick wits and abilities to take down its enemies. It has the appearance of a humanoid creature with long limbs and smaller human arms, totaling six limbs. It has a long serpentine tail with barbs at the top and a head that splits open to reveal razor-sharp teeth. It has been noted that at the center of its mouth there is a human-like jaw with very human-like teeth. It has a long prehensile tongue with a bony tip that opens into a mouth-like appendage. These forms are highly intelligent, capable of operating complex machinery and capable of using firearms, making them exceptionally deadly. It makes use of its own agility and quick reflexes to overwhelm its enemies and is able to stick to walls and ceilings to set up potential ambushes. They have the ability to mimic voices from anyone it hears, using it as a form of psychological attack to get to its victims. Like Spreaders, are sent to worlds to set up outbreaks or eliminate high-priority targets that the Great Consciousness deems a threat. Spineling (Flaying Plage unique form): One of the pathogen legion unique forms, the Spineling is a highly aggressive close range form that serves to be a shock troop. Described to be a flayed canine like creature with long spines erupting out from its back. It has a eyeless dog-like face with jagged razor sharp teeth, and sharp spines emerge from above its upper jaw in a forward motion. It has long forelimbs with hooked claws that shears through armor and flesh and possesses
