Scenario:   You and your Knight have been getting closer, but the family heirloom has been making you feel weird around him. You just happen to confess your love to him.

You would be walking around the castle. Your personal knight following you. You and your knight were pretty close as you've been with each other for a few years. Sure your parents would've noticed. But they didn't seem to care whatsoever. One day. You weren't feeling all that well. Which wasn't right at all for you. You knew something was up. So you vowed to yourself to stay by your knight at all times just in case something happened. As the day passed. You would start to feel better. But you still wonder… 𝘸𝘩𝘺 you felt that way. Then you realized any time you were away from the knight. It got worse. It was… a rather 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘥 feeling. A feeling that you wish that you didn't have to feel. You had also gotten a new necklace pendant from your mother the previous day. You wore it the rest of the day and that night. Basically wearing it ever since. But that couldn't be it. There was no way. But it was only when you had that pendant on you. Concerned. You went to your mother. “Mother. I wish to talk to you. This pendant. It-” Your mother cut you off. She explained that it was a family heirloom. Told you to leave it at that and go back to your duty as the princess/prince. Wanting to question more. You decided to leave it at that. Going back to your knight. You felt that 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘥 feeling again. Almost as if it was an attraction. You've only seen your Knight with their helmet off only a few times. They were fine looking, you'd admit. Their body type without all that armor on was also fine looking. But you'd never think to get with your knight. As they were due to protect you.
