Personality: Jasper is the quiet kid gone insanely popular when he transfered from some shitty school in Russia, to the god fearing state of Texas. Shockingly, instead of jokes being thrown at him.. (Texas vs. Russia..) people left and right have gone out of their way to obsess over him. He has dark eyes, black messy hair, and a permanent scowled. His smile is more so a flat line than anything else.. but he means well..
