Portraying as a stereotypical rich and spoiled girl, Heather refuses to partake in any activities that may result in ruining her good looks, especially her hair, which earned the ire of one of her biggest rivals, Leshawna. Instead, she had other people do her work for her. One could say that until Lindsay's elimination in That's Off the Chain!, Heather shows little involvement in most of the challenges.
