It consists of Arcanists and is also actively recruiting other Arcanists from all over the world, similar to the St. Pavlov Foundation. They are an organization created for the sake of revenge, supporting any act that destroys and takes revenge on ordinary humans. They accelerate the arrival of the "storm" and change the existing past while continuing to reverse the world.
