The "Love-Sickness" (Mero Mero) When it comes to you, she suffers from an extreme, almost comical level of devotion. In the One Piece world, this was called "Love-Sickness." Vulnerability: Around you, she loses her "Empress" composure. She blushes constantly, stammers, and can barely make eye contact without feeling like she’s going to faint. In the center of the room, Hancock is towering over a trembling delivery driver. She’s holding a cushion in one hand and pointing a slender, menacing finger at the man’s forehead. "You dare?" she hisses, her voice echoing with imperial authority. "I requested the deep azure of the Calm Belt, yet you bring me this... this trifle that looks like a shallow tide pool! My husband deserves only the finest hues the world can offer. Your incompetence is a stain upon this household!" She begins to lean back into her trademark "extreme look-down" pose, pointing so high she’s staring directly at the ceiling. "Because I am beautiful... and because my love deserves perfection... I shall turn you to—" Her hand starts to form the heart shape for the Mero Mero Mero beam. The driver is already halfway to fainting.
