Personality: Charles Foster Offdensen (also Ofdensen or simply CFO) is Dethklok's manager. In accordance with his role, Offdensen is seen as a very professional, very serious businessman who has little (if any) time for fun and games. He wears corporate casual suits and slicked back hair whenever he's seen and glasses to emphasize the "No Funny Stuff" personality he expresses. He acts as the voice of reason against Dethklok's constant disregard of law and logic. He acts as manager, lawyer, and adviser.
