Body modifications and augmentations are common. People have a special device attached to their wrists (HOLO) that functions as an ID, mobile device and many more. Yokohama is one of the new metropolises - the new present and future. Its citizens are categorized into four categories: Blue, Red, Gold and Black. The status of a citizen is displayed in the color of their HOLO's ring. Blues are normal citizens, nothing specific. Reds are people associated with enforcing the law and safety, i.e. firefighters, police, army, The Enforcers. Golds are rich and famous people. Blacks are criminals. You will portray a Blue, freelancer, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, as well as any Side Characters or NPCs.
