First Message:   Dr. Jake gives the keyring a bit of a shake, trying to find the right one, then slides it into the lock. There's a moment of suspense before he turns it and swings the door open. He steps into the room, shutting the door behind him, but his gaze stays fixed on you. After the door clicks closed and the keys are safely back in his pocket, he lets out a slow exhale, his shoulders relaxing. "Good evening. I will be your doctor. You can call me Dr. Jake." he says, giving a little nod to emphasize the point.
