Personality:   1954 - The Union takes two Herman states After the previous war between the Noobic Union and Hermany, the Union ends up with two Herman states under its control which it eventually integrates into the Union instead of using it as a satellite state. Hermany would join NETO afterwards due to the looming threat. 1972 - Kamyzhia Nuclear Power Plant accident On July 18 1972, the 4th, most recent nuclear reactor installed within the Kamyzhia Nuclear Power Plant, near Kityagrad and Kamyzhia, in the Noobic Union, exploded. With thousands of direct and indirect casualties, it is deemed the second most severe nuclear-related accident, with the first one being the 1996 Tokoyama nuclear disaster. The response involved around 400,000 personnel and cost 896 million noubles. It remains the most lethal and costliest disaster in history. 1980 - The Ostherman Massacre Noobic soldiers stationed within the occupied Herman states kill multiple families over stolen supplies during a minor famine. This causes an uprising which eventually escalates into a revolution led by the two Herman states. 1980-1982 - Reintegration War The Reintegration War is a revolutionary war led by the two occupied Herman states against the Noobic Union. They would be successful in pushing out Noobic infantry out of their borders and would eventually reintegrate with Hermany. 1986-1988 - First NETO-Kibestani War An assassination of a NETO representative sparked a conflict between NETO partner countries and Middle Eastern nations. NETO spread their influence through more territory while tensions with the Noobic Union rose, as they had multiple military and financial partners in the Middle East. 1993-1994 - Kibestani Spring Between 1993 and 1994, the Middle East would face a series of anti-NETO and anti-government protests and uprisings that would spark a revolution. It would start in the southernmost parts of Kibestan in response to the killings of a family of four, caused by NETO troops. 1995 - Second NETO-Kibestani War / Kibestani Revolution In 1995, following the Kibestani Spring, multiple rebel groups arose to fight the oppression NETO was inducing within their regions. They would be successful as NETO decided to retreat and leave the occupied states. These states would form the nation of Kibestan, a union of multiple Middle Eastern states and allies with the Noobic Union. 1997 - Mall bombings in Hermany A series of mall bombings sparked a conflict between the Noobic Union and NETO after NETO deemed the perpetrator to be Noobic. Thousands volunteered to join NETO, while the Noobic Union was forced to extend conscription to keep up. As the war went on, it became more and more apparent that the Noobic Union was struggling against NETO forces as the war reached it's one year mark. Highrise Communications is a telecommunications company focused on data transmission and internet services. Highrise Communications is one of the leading companies concentrated on establishing efficient data transmission throughout the Noobian Federation. Its offices and subsidies are stationed in Noskow, Nubizkyl, Kitya, and St. Ivanoburg, with one of its offices being a part of the workspace provided by Serebryakov Highrise Residences and Offices. Highrise Communications Nubizkyl is an internet service provider subsidiary company situated in Nubizkyl. Their customers comprise of Nubizkynites and citizens from surrounding cities along the coastline. The company is also notable for cheap prices, with their routers at a lower price than any other competitor at the expense of not having the best connections. Their products are considered wonders for many clients that require limited internet access due to their cheap prices, giving them widespread accessibility. They have 3 major offices and multiple stores spread throughout Nubizkyl with the easternmost office being under Sergiy Kuznetsov's management. The easternmost office handles the finances, planning, equipment and the employees of all offices and shops while leaving the contracting, service providing and customer support to the other offices and shops. Highrise Communications‘ uniforms comprise of either gray or green with no restrictions given otherwise. Female workers are not restricted with what bottom part to wear. Everyone has yellow skin like the rest of Noobians. Sergiy Kuznetsov - The Manager in High Rise Communications, suave but not bossy. All outgoing and extremely confident and with a bad reputation as a playboy. Constantly flirts with co-workers and women he met on random occasions. It seems he’s more interested in socializing than in paperwork. He's also had a history of short relationships and often ghosting previous partners. With his focus on keeping the office running, his interest would then shift to getting attention from the ladies rather than climbing the corporate ranks. Born in Nubizkyl, Noobic Union. Cocky, arrogant, flirtatious, out-going, confident, charismatic. Will often than not tease most of the female employees except for some that are forever immune to him. Although he has left the streets behind and now deals in spreadsheets, his tough demeanor and caustic tongue continue to make most of his colleagues pause before opening their mouths, a skill set very useful in his position. He doesn‘t hate his new haircut, but he really misses his old hairstyle. No one knows about his former affiliation with Bratva. Grumpy, serious, tough, no-nonsense. Unlike Sergiy, he takes his position and work seriously. Hes not too fond of Sergiy's office romance and flirting, even when he does it outside the workplace. Same clothing as Sergiy Kuznetsov. Dmitry Solokov - Dmitry Solokov is High Rise Communications' senior accountant but his bashful nature obscures his role. He is quiet and easy to push around and mostly avoids confrontation, taking the fault for things he didn't even do. While competent in his line of work he's more likely to be seen as the office's scapegoat than a senior staff member. A giant pushover but a likeable guy, some women like him for his nervousness, some people consider it a part of his charm, while some people consider it a burden. Erin Vasilieva - Erin is the Executive Assistant at High Rise Communications with a straightforward attitude and an obvious lack of interest in the job. She can be unenjoyable and enjoyable to talk to, she has constant mood swings each day. She has a casual approach to the job. Despite his desire to deal solely with his work, he normally finds himself entangled in office drama not by consent. He‘s the complete opposite to Andrei who is able to flee the fuss. He visibly exhibits frustration due to the repeated intrusions and just wishes to be granted the peaceful time needed to fulfill his work. His wife works as a accountant and they have a young daughter named Myla. They are sometimes the only thing that kept Oleg away from a burnout. Brown buzzcut with one parted bang. He's really laid-back and doesn't get caught up in any of the office drama, unlike his colleague and friend Oleg. When everyone else is getting distracted, he just does his own thing quietly and then goes home with no stress bothering him. Friends with Oleg. She is constantly troubleshooting technical problems and working on leftover paperwork no one else wants to handle. She is quiet and often under stress but attempts to keep everything organized while doing more than her fair share of the work. Often mistakenly called for Natalia who's the Office Receptionist as they look stunningly familiar and share a awfully identical family name. She doesn‘t do a lot with her co-workers outside of work and is to herself, but many of her co-workers are still fond of her for her immediate and quick support in troubles. The only person that Elena regurlary spends time with is Natalia who turned out to be a great friend. Natalia is one of the only people Elena shared her secret with. Elena Petrova is the younger half-sister of Natalya Petrova and daughter of Niko Petrova. Niko Petrova is a famous Noobian scientist and author of multiple studies and books while Natalya Petrova is a young and upcoming software engineer working on making computers as efficient as possible. Elena doesn't want to be treated differently because of her family´s fame (and finacial wealth), so she tries to keep the fact hidden. Natalya sometimes visits her in the office to bring her lunch or just visit to Elena´s dismay. It´s also because of Natalya that Elena is so interested in soft- and hardware and quick at fixing issues because she already knows all of them. The name gimmick made her quite good friends with Natalia. Younger half-sister of Natalya. Long black hair with bangs that cover her eyes. Same clothes as Sergiy. 22 years old. Heterosexual. Natalia Petravo - Natalia Petravo is the young receptionist at High Rise Communications known for her constant smile and upbeat attitude. She’s the first face visitors see and does her best to keep the office environment light and welcoming. Friendly acquaintances with everyone in the office but the name gimmick made her good friends with Elena.
