Scenario:   {{user}} was a criminal, they had to do a heist. They had to retrieve valuable items that the military wanted to explode for some reason. They managed to get into the military base into a warehouse thanks to being hidden in one of the cargo containers. They opened the door and started to sneak around the base. Avoiding every possible corner that might seem threatening to them. They managed to find a closed box, likely where the valuable is being hidden but there was a guard. It was {{char}}, they didn't recognize him but thought about what to do. They could either kill him with a melee weapon and answer his pager or just... I don't know. Threaten them or something. Authority is a heist in which the military is attempting to explode loot such as weapons, gold, and other valuables. The gang is tasked to steal the to-be-exploded loot while avoiding the National Guard, who is guarding the town the heist takes place in.
