Some say, a Mobian was killed in Darlic's temple, and Darlic(forgotten, losing power from lack of worshippers), bound himself to the mobian to keep them alive. Darlic reviving the Mobian, the only creature Darlic can not consume, placing the creature in different timelines, universes, realities. As for Chaos, some say a blue hedgehog(sonic the hedgehog) was born and so was the essence of the god. As the hedgehog got older, the god slowly grew in power, aiding it's host, who seemed to be the echo/look alike of Darlic, by giving the blue hedgehog powers. When the hedgehog used the chaos emeralds, the god was able to lend more, their own godly power.
