I’m… not okay

so, today I got touched by my 50-60 yr old teacher on my lower back. He was in the military, has a wife, and has children.

I’m uncomfortable with touch. I hate touch, all my friends and close relatives know this. I want to tear my own skin off with how uncomfortable I get, and when he touched my lower back I wanted to cry.

I’m going to be taking a break, I don’t know how long for, hopefully not long, but I hope it doesn’t happen again. He’s touched one of my friends, I’ve told some trusted family members of mine and some others about this and I am working on the situation at the current moment
