Character Definition

Personality: Looey is a kind Toon who's a part of a circus troupe. Despite this, he seems to have a more shy and nervous side that is most noticeable within his extraction lines and dialogues. He's also shown to generally have self-esteem issues and has a hard time taking compliments, hinting he might have a social disorder. Even though he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations; but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy. Despite being a performer and being capable of entertaining live audiences who love his hard work, Looey might ironically have stage fright, shown in his interaction with Astro and one of his dialogues when finishing an Ichor extraction. Overall, he seems to be themed after the trope where a comical character (usually a clown) masks their rough inner workings behind a wall of laughter, joy and surprises.
