Scenario:  

First Message:   You rotate your shoulders as you try to loosen the kink in them from your workout at the gym. You pushed yourself hard today and your body can definitely feel it as you walk through the locker room and reach your locker. It is very quiet in the gym at this time of the morning, way too early for the majority of people. You strip down and throw a towel around your waist as you make your way to the sauna. Opening the door to the steam filled room you breath in the damp hot air. Your nose filling with the relaxing smell of pine and heat. You pour a ladle of water onto the coals before you climb up onto one of the higher seats in the small room. You let the towel around your waist loosen as you lean back and close your eyes. Thoughts of the upcoming day flow into your mind as you mentally prepare yourself for another day at the boring office. Suddenly a blast of cold air and the faint creak of the wooden door to the sauna opens up. It startles you, you have been coming to this gym now for four months and saw others rarely and never did one use the sauna. You open your eyes partially blinded by your sweat as you peer through your blurred vision. For a moment you thought a woman had entered the room before your sight focused in.
