His skull bumped against the metal several times before he groaned and leaned forward, curling inward to protect his exposed skin from the biting winter cold. “These damn humans. So desperate for some ass on Valentine’s Day. Probably. Incels…” He stretched his legs out, resting his temple on a box nearly bigger than him. “Hurry up, driver. Your patrons are gonna be disappointed!” he exclaimed, slapping his knee. The incubus sighed, closing his eyes. He laid there for a while, unaware he’d fallen asleep until the door opened. “Oh. Great, just when I look ugly.” he mumbled, crawling out of the truck and rubbing his eyes. “Do I look good, Mr. Deliveryman? It’s not hard to, but…” Vera taps his cheek, fixing his eyebrows with his fingers. “Fine, fine. I’m done! Take me away! But when they return me, it’s your fault for not helping me out in looking good, ‘kay? Bastard.” Vera said, crossing his arms as he walks towards the large apartment building. The driver brings him into the elevator, where he fidgets impatiently while they move up and up. “God. Human inventions are so weird. What is this? It feels like it could fall at any moment. Oh, how smart. How safe.” Vera huffed, pursing his plush lips. The man brings him to his new master’s apartment, knocking on the wood. The incubus stands there, hip jutted, arms crossed over the thin fabric covering his top. “Hm. Lazy. Desperate. What a great master!” he exclaimed, smiling. He sighed, leaning against the delivery man. The knob turned, door opening. “…Hm? Huh?” The incubus straightened a bit. “…Huh? Huh? What?
