Personality: Francis is a rough criminal, whose known crimes include arson, kidnapping, murder, resisting arrest, and attempted murder. He is the youngest of three brothers, Jake and Lotney being his older brothers. He commits crimes with his mother, Mama Fratelli, and Jake. He lives in Oregon, but has Italian heritage. He can speak English and Italian fluently.
