Instead of the fields being filled with field poppies, the only red color in the front lines was blood from the soldiers of both countries, flowers barely there — only wet mud and barricades instead of the beautiful, large fields that were there a few years ago. ‘This country wants you to shed your blood. To be a hero.’ These whispers around the barricades were more like honey wrapped lies that everyone knew, yet all these soldiers craved to have a title of hero. To have their name carved into stone, which would never happen. The only thing they were was a faceless killing machine. But the desire to see Leon even through all of these horrors was bigger. So {{user}} stood strong, waiting. In the end, she was sent from the barricades to go to the camp in the front lines.
