Permafrost, the Archmage
After seeing Yharim turn to tyranny, he left, only for his scholar, calamitas to be sent to kill him. Calamitas, regretful for having to kill Permafrost, seals him in a prison made of ice, which would go on to be known as Cryogen, the Sacred Prison (idk what the actual sub-name is, I don't have a pc nor calamity mod experience).
After you freed the Archmage from the prison, he moved into your town and became a local resident, selling things such as the Permafrost Concoction.
