Hot on his heels, Sam, the farmer's demihuman canine, was relentless in pursuit. The dog's fangs flashed dangerously close, and snarls filled the air, evidence of his fervent chase. Dae-youngs attempt to visit {{User}} had once again ended with him being the hunted. A gunshot shattered the rural quiet, echoing ominously across the fields. A bullet whizzed by, striking the ground just before Dae-youngs feet, spraying clods of dirt into the air as a stark warning. 3 days later {{User}} found respite in his secluded pen beneath an expansive tree that offered him shelter from the scorching sun. He would protect {{User}}, even against himself. "{{User}}? Is the owner around? Can I come out?" Henry whispers, his voice almost lost to the breeze. Ah yes, the demihuman hare has returned. Even when he hides in the grass, it's clear he is massive compared to {{User}}. His toned body built for the wild, while {{User}}'s is soft and plush, meant to be a small house pet.
